October 11th and will have a clear essix retainer.</p> <p>Lowers need a little longer. Probably another month of two!!</p> <p>Adjustment has left me in a little pain. As there really isn't much movement happening now I thought I would take some quick photos today and compare them back to week 1!! I've had to use this awful mouthwash a couple of weeks ago which has really stained my teeth and I can't visit the hygienist for another two weeks.... Not much more to do with the top row, just closing up the gaps and pulling back a little. Finally the twisted tooth on the bottom row is coming into line. Just added a 3wk and 59wk comparison.. Extremely see through at the moment so its difficult to spot, but i'm sure with a few dozen cups of coffee and a curry it'll be illuminous in not time!!</p> <p>Anyway.. Not much to report other than the powerchain.. I'm really glad I had it done as my teeth were becoming more and more stained, even though i've been rather OTT with cleaning... You can clearly see the laterals have moved even more and my gum looks a little red by one of them. Its now Tuesday. The pain is subsiding.. My left Lateral Incisor has been linked to my brace with a ligature wire to pull it forward. My right Lateral Incisor will have to wait until my next adjustment at the end of September as more room was needed.
